Phase II is complete. This site currently has over 800 rental units, ranging from 5x5 to 10x40, in standard and heated and cooled units, along with RV, auto, boat parking. This is the single largest, locally owned storage facility in Hampton Roads on the Peninsula.

All new buildings come standard with standing seam roofs, oversize rain gutters, less chance for leaks, this is the Cadillac roofing system in the industry, ball bearing easy open doors. All units are insulated. This facility will also have heated and cooled units. One of the only or few facilities that will accept tractor trailer deliveries. All of these changes are put in place to give you the most state of the art/safe and affordable storage facility in the area.
